Entire booking vanished

Someone had on another thread. I did have an email today from MSC stating they are aware and are working on the problem. Hopefully they will have it sorted out soon and we can complete our online check-in. I have not been able to log into MSC for several days now, also.

MSC website is the worst website i ever been...come on we are in 2016 put some money and make a decent website. I build website every day, we could do a deal in exchange of cruise?:P

 

Leaving in a week and i want to book shore excursion...but i can't:(

Login to website bookings is still down this morning. In the meantime my TA has received and forwarded me an email from MSC that I need to login and complete my on-line check-in or I won't receive my booking documents. ;)

 

Still have a few weeks prior to our cruise, but would like to pre-order some drink packages. :D
