Gulia35 Posted April 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2016 We have booked 5:30 pm dining times for MDR on Liberty of the Seas for our cruise. How long does the meal usually take? Do you think we can still have time to see evening shows or will it be rushed meal? Also, can you order more than one appetizer or entree or desert if you wanted? Like if you wanted two appetizers but no entree and 2 deserts etc. Is that frowned upon? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
Clarea Posted April 1, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2016 You will be fine with show times. The 5:30pm dining time is one of the traditional dining times, and the shows are timed to be convenient for those times. You can order as many appetizers, entrees, deserts, as you like. Gulia35 Posted April 1, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted April 1, 2016 Thanks, guess I will have to bring a few workout outfits to compensate for all the eating we will be doing.
dplusd Posted April 1, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2016 The length of the meal will have more to do with the size of the table. A table for 2 - 4 is much quicker than a large table for 8 - 10. The shows are timed around the traditional dining times so you will have no problem getting to the late show. For dinner you can order as much, and in any combination you choose...no one will frown on you!
Clarea Posted April 1, 2016 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2016 Thanks, guess I will have to bring a few workout outfits to compensate for all the eating we will be doing. You also have to deal with the free soft serve ice cream on the pool deck, Cafe Promenade, and Sorrento's.:)
