West Bay Beach (Bananarama) vs Parrot Tree Beach

The tour I'm looking at gives us a choice between the two beaches. We are told that West Bay Bananarama will cost us $10 for chairs but Parrot Tree is free.

 

We have 8 year old twin boys and a 6 year old. They have recently taken an interest in snorkeling.

 

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Parrot Tree has a man-made lagoon to snorkel, I have never done it, doesn't appeal to me.

 

West Bay is natural, if you go to Bananarama you have to walk down the beach past Infinity's L-shaped dock to the boat free reef snorkeling.

 

I would use Bananarama over Parrot Tree any day of the week

As always, I agree with Guest2000. Very easy to snorkel for the kids over at West Bay Beach and Bananarama folks are good people. They do it right. The kids will see all kinds of marine life there. have fun!
