New premier offers?

I haven't had my morning coffee yet and don't feel like overlooking your rude sarcastic post. Some people appreciate the heads up when the offers are available and others just like being helpful but your post did nothing but make fun of someone. Sure you are right and you do look kind of funny but really being funny at someone else's expense has a name. Bully. This is why I don't enjoy cruise critic much anymore. Sad.

Brava! OP, appreciate the tip. :) I check CCL website a few times a day waiting to get a good offer. We got an awesome one for our recent Pride Journeys cruise and it just happened that I was a bit bored and played around with booking a cruise and found it the night before the offer was going to expire, so I have learned my lesson! :eek:I forget to check "my offers" many times and just look at the general cruises. Pickings on this offer are good, but I am waiting for winter, 2017, so keep me on your radar and thanks! ;)

You were right on the money. (and I think you and I are both part of the same casino group ;)).

I brought up the offers this morning - very slow to load more than the top 5 - I basically had to scroll to the bottom and leave it there for a couple of minutes for the rest to come up but eventually they did.

Now I have to figure out how much vacation time I have and how much I'm already planning to use on my already booked cruises to see if I can fit in either the Sunshine or the Pride.

Glad you got the offers too 😃

As much as I want to book a offer from this round it's tough 🙈

We just got off the Conquest 2 weeks ago and have the Vista booked for Oct PLUS they'll be coming out with the Ultra offers sometime round August and don't want to miss that one

I am eyeing the Mexico cruise though as we can drive to port in 20 minutes 😜

Just gotta juggle time or cough cough get a sudden cold for a week 😜

I would love to do the Sunshine because Port of Manhattan is 20 minutes from my driveway, but I don't want to go away in October. Bummer CCL has discontinued winter/spring cruises from NY (but that is water under the bridge!) Trisha, if you book the Pride, you might as well book a permanent cabin! :D:D I am still reading your previous Pride review. I was in about the middle when we went on our cruise a few weeks ago. And darn it, but we never did make it to the Sea Day Brunch. :(

Where do you see how much cash casino is giving you ? I got offer also, but don't see cash amount. Thanks

Ascot sometimes it's on the front page of the offer.....it'll usually say Free cabin plus X amount of cash........Or some say $400 or 25% off cruise fare etc

An easy way to find out exactly is just call Carnival and give them the Code that's on your offer.....Their computers will show exactly what your offer includes

Good Luck

My SO got the offer but I didn't. We just booked a PMB offer two days ago, and his premiere offer would probably be a break-even for him (paying a reduced rate for the cabin and receiving casino cash) but cost more for me than the one we just booked. Does the second person in the cabin receive anything (drinks card, participation in promos/drawings, etc.)?

They receive the drink card and of course the priority boarding but not the drawing/promos.

That is what I thought, thank you. We have priority boarding anyway, I got the drink card on Day 3 last time and only have 1-2 drinks a day, so it doesn't sound like it would be worth spending an extra $350 for me.

Will this August be the first round of Ultra cruise invitations this year?

Does anyone know how many Elite sailings are offered every year?

Thank you!

(We got an Elite invitation by email March 1st but only one sailing was offered and the date didn't work for us.)

I know - I'm booked again on the Pride for 2 different weeks this summer (one in July and one in August). As much as I'd love to sail the Sunshine (and I really, really, really do), it is the Pride sailing that would be better schedule wise.

If I do the sunshine sailing, I'm on vacation for a week, back to work for 4 days, and then off again on vacation for another week.

The Pride sailing is in October which would be better since it would give me a fall break in between my summer cruises and my February vacation.

Just booked Premier Oct 15th. Tom. Not as good as Pack & Play or Bounceback, but certainly worth booking. Last 8 cruises have been casino offers.

Trisha, just be aware that October is "hurricane season." We have sailed in September and October and have actually "sailed around" storms and never had a problem, but still something to consider.

Last year I received two Elite offers, one in February and one in June. The first one didn't work for me. The June Elite offer was for the Sunshine on August 29, which I did. I also received the Ultra offer in August. The Ultra offer included two different choices; a 7 day Western on the Magic on November 29 or an 8 day Eastern on the Breeze December 5th. I did the Breeze Ultra sailing.

I did eight Carnival cruises in 2015, but did not get the Elite offer that you got in March. Do you remember the date/ship info for Elite offer? Just wondering if it would have worked for me.

4/30/2016 Conquest 8 day Southern Caribbean

Are the complimentary drinks on an Elite sailing valid on the entire ship instead of just in the casino?

Thanks for the info. I feel better now, as I couldn't have taken it, as I am leaving on the Sunshine on 4/29 for the Journey cruise.

Yes, on the Elite sailing you could order drinks anywhere on the ship; any bar, at dinner, out at the pool, etc. It included an ocean suite, free parking at the port, a free excursion and $1000 cash. We only paid the port charges $218 for the two of us. It was wonderful.

Hopefully the next offer will work for you. Good luck.

Actually the second person gets everything that the person who qualified does, except for the cash. If both people in a cabin qualified and got the Premier invitation, both will get the cash.

Hmm..I don't know DallasGuy. I guess we are getting conflicting info. Carnival told us that only the person with the offer is eligible for the promos in the casino..i.e. contests and such.

Unless things have changed since our last Premier Cruise in September, the other person [only one] gets everything except the cash. This is free drinks card, all raffle 's and gifts sent to the cabin. We got two of all gifts.

I will piggyback your comment with, unless they changed this since December my spouse got everything but the casino cash.
