Bottled water package, available on ship?

Sailing on Diamond Princess on May 30, 2016. I read somewhere that they have beverage vending machines onboard. Is that true? Not looking to buy a lot of water but just need a bottle or two for those excursions with hour long bus rides or dry mouth at night. Do they have an onboard convenience type store to purchase drinks/snacks?

We preordered before our Ca Coastal on Crown last week. The 24 bottles were waiting in the room on a side table when we arrived. It looked like a ton of water at first, but we used every bottle by the end. We used them to refill our reuasable bottles which are more sturdy for shore days.

 

Once day I ran out of water while in the gym. I had a taste of the ship water. It wasn't awful, but i was definitely glad we preordered the bottled.

this afternoon I pre purchased the 12 (500ml) water package for my cruise on the Emerald this Saturday. The cost was £4-49---cant believe how cheap this is. BTW service charge is included.

Buy a Katydyn water bottle and a Carabiner, attach to backpack and you can drink any water. We have used them for years and drank Chinese, Thai and Vietnam water.

Regal and Royal have vending machines in the gym.

 

I think it had water, sports drinks, and soda.
