sandancer Posted April 12, 2016 #26 Share Posted April 12, 2016 No US address needed. We have only ever given our UK address and never had a problem. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
fleckle Posted April 12, 2016 #27 Share Posted April 12, 2016 No it's not fair, but apparently it's down to the fact that we have ABTA and ATOL protection, whereas in the US they have no protection at all. If something goes wrong that's too bad. We in the USA do have the protection of our credit card companies, as well as any travel insurance, if something goes wrong and we have a legitimate problem. Rare ReneeFLL Posted April 13, 2016 #29 Share Posted April 13, 2016 If enough UK people booked using US TAs then maybe they will wise up and refund you for the price drops. Who keeps the extra money from the price drops? The TAs? They must be rich. If that's the case then they will need to lose a lot of business to the US before they change. I am suprised that the cruise line won't refund the difference. Good luck with your bookings.
