Smooth Sailing ???

Off on a Princess cruise leaving Perth on 1st May heading for Brisbane over the North of Australia. Does anyone have any idea of the sea conditions round this time of year?

We tracked the WA coast a couple of weeks ago en route to Bali and the sea was very calm. One rocky night thanks to strong wind but the swell still wasn't very big. We four were all ok seasickness-wise.

I did it Oct Nov last pretty smooth, from people I spoke to who had done it before about this time of year it was similar.

As you probably are aware our weather is unpredictable. Princess ships have good stabilisers so don't be too worried. Just enjoy.
