Do either or both of these ships have concierge lounges? Are soft drinks available 24/7 in these lounges or only during "happy hour"?

Allure and Oasis both have a Suite Lounge open to Suite guests (GS and above) and Pinnacles. Beverages available 11:00-11:00pm. (Wine, beer, soft drinks). Cocktails 5:00-8:30.

No, we are Diamond Plus, but not staying in a suite this time. So all we have is the Diamond Lounge? What about soft drinks 24/7 in the Diamond Lounge?

You will only have the DL, and your 3 nightly drink vouchers. The DL only has soda during the evening cocktail hour.

I was unaware that the nightly drink vouchers were only to be used in the DL. Are the drink vouchers for sodas, too? I thought they were for alcoholic drinks.

The 3 drink vouchers can be used at any bar and the theater. In addition to the 3 drink vouchers per evening, you get unlimited drinks in the DL. You can use the drink vouchers for soda.
