CAS change re: benefits accruing to upgrades

I was comped a Balcony through CAS on the Escape for Oct. I upgraded to a Haven and at the time I only got to pick 2 of the offers...Are you guys saying this has now changed and if I call I would get all 4? Are they also now including gratuities this route as well?
I would call and ask. Let them know you read it on here.

Definitely worth a call! In my experience, the CAS representatives don't mind checking to see what can be done. Let us know how it works out and my fingers will be crossed for you:D
