Harmony Solarium Different than Oasis/Allure?

On Oasis and Allure there is an open sundeck on Deck 14 forward, above the bridge. In photos of Harmony, it appears that this area is enclosed with glass as part of an enlarged Solarium, although there may be open access (?) above the port bridge wing (on the deck plan, this is labeled "King of the World").

 

With this setup, Harmony does not appear to have any open decks facing forward (except possibly over the bridge wing). On the other two ships this is a great place for sail-aways and watching sunsets, so it would be a shame if Harmony doesn't have a similar open space. Does anyone have any details?

Mostly I was just wondering if there actually is access to the area above bridge wing and if there are any other forward-facing views other than from the Solarium.

That's why you get an ocean view on these ships. Hardly any other good spots.

Access to king of the world (above the bridge wing will be through the solarium). The only other forward view will be the suite sindeck on deck 17.
