You can do it, there is a checkbox at the end that you need to check that confirms that you have told to other people about the terms of the contract and that you are authorized to accept it in their behalf.

when is the earliest you should do it?

 

Any time it's available in MyNCL and you have all required info at hand (form of identification used for actual check-in at port, etc - although you can change the info later if you need to).

 

We usually do it around final payment at latest, but sooner you complete it, the earlier arrival time you can choose (we are Platinum members so even if the arrival times are enforced, we can arrive any time so that is not an issue for us).

ok i realize we dont need passports but we are going to apply soon for them. so then we can just put D/L info in for now then change it later. i do see 930 is still open for us to board so maybe ill do all this this weekend.

 

final payment is july 18
