Inspecting carry on bags.

I read somewhere (could have been here), that if your charger is three-pronged, it may or may not be surge protected. But if it only has two prongs, it is not surge protected. True or false?

I have a few two-pronged chargers, but no three-pronged.

Basically true. Surge protection requires grounding, which is the third prong (doesn't mean ALL three pronged plugs are surge protected!).
