Clarea Posted May 9, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Thank you so much for your help ❤️ You're welcome. We've been bringing a Euro to US adapter to get one more plug we can use. I've found many of our chargers and appliances will work on 240V Euro voltage.

chengkp75 Posted May 10, 2016 #9 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Why no surge protector? Curious Because that is the one feature that has prompted the ban on power strips and extension cords in the first place. They aren't needed onboard ships, and can be a fire hazard. Here's the latest thread where it is discussed, with links to further of my posts on the subject: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2347868 If you look at my posting history, there will be many, many posts concerning the dangers of surge protectors onboard ships. jlszarejko Posted May 10, 2016 Author #10 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Interesting because I don't know anyone who doesn't bring one. Thank you for the advice though. Much appreciated as I don't want to cause a fire.
