You need to take a paid ship shuttle $10 pp or so) or port bus (2 Euros pp or so) to the Columbus monument right outside the port. That's where the HOHO bus picks up cruise pax. We loved the HOHO!

Apparently there are two different companies that offer a HOHO bus in Barcelona. Do both of them stop at the Columbus monument? Thanks,

I don't know if the publicly owned one does, but the City Sightseeing one does. We were very happy with that company and choose them now in other cities.

Both have several stops near the port. Colom is probably the easiest to get to.

Of the two lines, I like the City Tour Bus routes better than the Bus Turistic. Their two routes covered several place that the other company did not (Gloria and Hospital S. Cru i S. Pau)
