Making changes to your reservation

Is it possible to make changes to an existing booking on the RC website? I want to change my dining and also add a celebration but I don't see where to do that.

If you originally created the booking on Royal's website, you should be able to modify it.

 

Otherwise you will have to call whoever booked your cruise.

I booked it online but had to call RCI because the 50% off deposit wasn't showing on the checkout so someone on the phone adjusted it and ran my credit card. Where exactly would I go on my reservation to see if I can make changes?

You may need to call Reservation give your booking number and state the changes to your dining. In regards to adding, you can do that off your booking # when you either Log In and select the Booking # or Off line, Go to Already booked, + Online check In, put in your Last Name & booking #, date of Cruise and ship.once the page loads and you see your name and parties with you, below that is options to add Beverage Package, Shore Excursions etc. or Special dining.

It's not even allowing me to look at my reservation now. I keep getting this:

This is because you probably X'd out of the web browser without exiting the booking properly. Give it 30 minutes or so for the lock to timeout.

Bob how soon do they usually open up the reservations for the Drink packages. We have two cruises, July & August of 2017. Shore Excursions are already open.

Unfortunately, no set time or pattern. All you can do is to keep checking your Cruise Planner.

We're booked for Jan 2017 and the only thing available to book now are shore excursions. I want to get the specialty dining squared away so I check regularly.
