Walking off Escape with bags

The fastest exit que is being in a Suite class of stateroom where the Concierge escorts you off the ship - that followed by those requesting early exit.

Otherwise with baggage in hand you exit the ship and go directly to CBI clear that point and out to the street to your awaiting chariot whatever it is.

The area where CBI is usually capacity controlled and NCL may let only so many passengers to exit at one time.

You should contact the Guest Relations Desk early on about how to arrange to be in the first que leaving the ship - ports and ships may vary on disembarking .

You joined in 2007 and this is your 2nd post ??? WOW

The NCL board sees CC users with some of the highest posts per day average; some are over 10 up to 20 posts per day.

The OP must have the site-wide lowest ppd, bar none.

If you choose to walk off with your bags, are you the first to get off and is this the fastest way to exit the ship?

Yes. it is the fastest way off the ship. Easy walk-off will start around 7:30 and it will take you about 15 minutes from swiping off the ship for the last time to being on the curb outside the terminal (assuming no delays in Customs).

That being said, the people who want to be the first off the ship will start lining up around 6:45.

The concierge staff on the Escape will take you down the crew elevator to the disembarkation deck where there is a dedicated security podium to scan you off the ship. Once you're past ship's security, you are with the masses on the promenade deck, making your way to the gangway, down the gangway with all the people with way too much luggage, through the terminal, through the baggage hall, and through Customs. Saves a bit of time queuing for security, but it not like you are escorted to the curb outside the terminal.
