We were in the Fairbanks, Denali & Mt. McKinley Lodges last year and do not remember there being a coffee machine in any of them. I would suggest you contact the lodges directly to determine if they provide this amenity.

Yes they have them but Yuck! As suggested before, I would go to the main lodge (McKinley & Denali lodges have coffee bars in the main lodges) and get something better.

At Denali in one of the sections on the hill, there was a smaller coffee bar in the seating area.

What type of coffee maker is it? The one that makes a pot or one that uses pods to make individual cups. I like to carry my own tea bags and coffee pods so we can get a decent cup in our room.

In both the lodges we stayed in they had the 1 cup individual pod machines.

They are not the K cup pods. They are a disposable plastic holder that comes with a packet of coffee that you slide under the spout. Makes about a 6 ounce cup of so so coffee. But, in the morning I will settle anything that even resembles coffee.
