Any suggestions for good Dutch restaurants to try in Amsterdam when we are there next week?

Good Evening Kylie,

If you wanted to do an evening cruise of the canals mixed woth fine dining and wine I could recommend Jewels Dinner Cruises, if you want to experience an Indonesian Rice Table would highly recommend Tempoe Doeloe as for the last 22 years has been booked solid every single night. The Five Flies is an absolute must and Vermeer both are Michlin Star Restaurants.

I can second this recommendation. And definitely book a reservation well in advance.
