Question about Haven upgrade

My wife and I and 2 grandchildren (both under 12) are sailing this Fall and I was thinking about trying to get Haven upgrade. The 2 grandchildren were cruising for free because of NCL offer. All 4 of us are in a M6 cabin. If we get an upgrade offer, say for $500 PP, will the $500 only apply to adults or children also?

I've had upgrade prices quoted as either total per cabin or per person. Upsell prices are usually given per person charged only for the first two people per cabin. Gratuities (DSC) will increase for all passengers. Either way always verify the total charge before giving cc info.

I just got an upsell deal on the Escape. We have 3 adults in our Haven Penthouse balcony cabin. I was only charged for the first two.

If the tips are prepaid they remain what they were,,,they do not go up. Only if paying on a day to day basis on board do you pay the higher rate.

We upgraded to a suite from a mini-suite last year on the Gem, and likewise paid the upgrade for first two passengers - it was confusing as the upgrade was noted as pp fee.

My family just cruised using a Haven upsell. We were 4 in a cabin (2 adults, 2 kids) and our kids were sailing free under the promo at the time. To upgrade, we only paid the upsell rate for the adults.
