Yet another uneducated drink package question

4 of us headed out to sea in March of 17. 2 adults 2 kids. Not huge drinkers, and one of my kids doesnt drink anything but milk or water. I am trying to make sense of all the packages. I realize the ultimate doesnt make a lot of sense for us, since everyone in the cabin has to buy it. But can you combine voucher packages, ie. Buy 2, 18 vouchers, and 1 soda voucher package and split it up among all of us? Am I correct that the vouchers cant be used at the restaurants, but only at the buffets and bars? Im sure someone has explained this in detail, but I couldnt find it, so please help. Ultimately I am trying to figure out why the 18 drink package seems so reasonable. What am I missing.

The vouchers are not assigned to a particular person so, yes, you can mix and match among people. I personally have purchased the exact option you are describing and it worked out perfectly. I was able to use them in the restaurant too. Not sure what the "official" language is on that.
