Serenade of the Seas 7N Baltic Cruise Review Copenhagen, Stockholm, Tallin, St Peter

More cruise videos. After the dinner at Izumi, in what was becoming the norm for us, we headed to Windjammer to check out the food, especially the desserts. It was an Indian inspired evening! I couldn't resist trying the chicken Kathi.

Earlier that afternoon, as the ship was sailing away from Helsinki, I spotted this pilot craft from our cabin.

There was a complete the song game going on in the Centrum. (not sure what the official name for this game was)

And plenty of energetic passengers following the gym(or was it dance) instructor closely, every step. Aerobics in the Centrum! The passengers must have practised these moves previously? All seem rather co-ordinated.

I appreciated the Captain's humour. Check out his funny goggles.

We received invites for a backstage tour to the Tropical Theatre for Day 7 of our cruise. Since we hadn't attended this before, we decided to check it out. Turnout was good. There wasn't much to see backstage, it was rather cramped. Got a chance to meet up close with the singers and dancers, and ask them some questions. A neat Crown & Anchor perk.

This was on Day 7, where they held a flags of the world procession at the Centrum. The ship carried crew from more than 60 countries. At first I thought it would just be a boring event where they named the countries, but I was wrong. It turned out to be quite fun!

There will be a part 3 (still working on the video).

More videos, this time of food.

This was Day 7, Sea day, lunch in the MDR. They had this awesome live spaghetti station. Delicious.

Amd a massive apple strudel in the Windjammer, where we headed to for desserts after the lunch in the MDR. A lot of fun!

For this cruise, we did shore excursions on our own. The ship's shore excursions were an interesting read, and I decided to make a video of the shore excursion brochure to give you a sense of what excursions were offered as well as the price. Enjoy!

Hi,

I also really love the videos. I have a question. We are going on the Serenade in June to Norwegian Fjords leaving out of Copenhagen. I have been on the Radiance going on an Alaska cruise as well as others cruise lines and itineraries. The most recent were Caribbean and 3 were Jazz themed cruises so music was mostly what we did. Very little other entertainment.

So my question is, I'm wondering what type of activities/entertainment they have on the Serenade. I'm thinking I will avoid the pool if outside because I'm always cold. Is it pretty much bingo, pool or casino? Just wanting to figure out how to fill the sea days.

Thanks so much.
