Pearl, Seattle Haven Check-in Question

Having never sailed out of Seattle, nor sailed the Pearl, I have a few questions.

 

Do they have a separate Haven check-in room? If so, where is it located? Is it after the security check?

Once you clear security on the lower level of the terminal, then you go upstairs and will be directed where to go.

 

Be aware that the outside doors into the terminal are locked until about 9:30 A.M.

The last time we were on the Pearl out of Seattle there was a seperate check-in table outside near the luggage check-in area. There were several nice folks there with clipboards checking in the suite and VIP customers. When they had a group of 7-10 people they ran you to the security check point - cutting into the line ahead of others. Once through security, you go up to the second floor and there is where the lounge area where the snacks and stuff are, along with the people who do the final check-in and give you your room cards. After that you will be escorted to either your room, or Cagney's/Modernaro for lunch.

There is a Haven / Suites table posted up outside the building, near baggage area... right here in this parking lot:

There will be big flags that say "HAVEN BY NORWEGIAN" on them. Go there, even if you're not in the Haven.

 

They will escort you to the front of the line, whisk you through security, and escort you upstairs to the suite check-in lounge. If anyone directs you otherwise, they are wrong. Seattle, though, has been fairly consistent in this regard. You shouldn't have any problems. Just start at the Haven table outside, near the baggage drop off area.

When you arrive at the port, there will be a "card table" set up outside the terminal. There will be a pop-up banner for Havens and Suites check-in. Check in at the card table and they will escort groups of people into the terminal and to the front of the security line. Don't go into the terminal on your own.
