ALLl 52 Galveston County beach water testing SITES are advisory free. This includes all locations on Galveston Island, Bolivar Peninsula, and the Texas City “. This is great news that again reiterate the fact that there is no reason for folks to cancel plans to visit Galveston,” said Lori FitzS immons - Evans , Galveston County Health District Air and Water Pollution Services Program Director. The Galveston County Health District , as part of the Texas General Land Office ’s Texas Beach Watch program, routinely test s 52 locations along Galveston and Bolivar beaches, including a site on the Texas City Dike.
