Movies in Haven?

Are the on demand movies free for Haven guests? I am leaving next Saturday and want to be prepared from an entertainment perspective for my 4 year old. Does anyone also know if there are kids movies available? Thanks

Yes, on-demand movies are free.

 

There isn't/wasn't much for kids but that can vary from cruise to cruise. For a 4 year-old, a tablet loaded with movies is probably a better idea.

I was on the gem three weeks ago in the haven and they had the spongebob movie and that polar bear cartoon movie which my 9 month old watched.

On Breakaway over Memorial Day and watched the Good Dinosaur about 18 times [emoji3] there were 1-2 other kids movies, but my son got attached to the dinosaurs.

There was something buggy about their system that made it impossible to restart a movie, or rewind it, you could only start it from the last place you saved it. So I watched the last 20 minutes of the spongebob movie about 20 times.

When we were on the Escape in May, they showed Big Hero 6 and The Muppet in the Spice H20 at night. Good family night.

We were on the Gem in May and the movies were Norm of the North, The Spongebob Movie, Hotel Transylvania 2 and Pan.

We were shocked how many movies we watched while on board. We would end up back in the room between 10-11 and watched a movie most nights, we really enjoyed it, they are usually movies that aren't out yet to buy, so it depends on how many kid movies are out at that time

We were on the Gem the beginning of June and for kids there was Hotel Transylvania 2, Norm of the North, the newest Open Season, SpongeBob, Goosebumps (probably too old for four but my 11-year-old niece loves it) and Zootopia. If I never see Zootopia again it will be a good thing:) I think my niece watched it six times. I might be able to quote it!! I thought the selection for adults was really good too. Many new movies that just came out were available to watch. I liked this much better than the dvd library.
