As of right now, D+ are still allowed in the Concierge Lounge. No telling what the rules will be in 3 months.

We are currently on the Explorer and D plus are welcome in the CL. It has been nearly empty all week. There are only 24 DPlus on board and 70 Diamond members with no Pinnacles.
