Rental car in La Spezia port?

We are coming to La Spezia on Harmony of the Seas in July, and want to see Pisa (and possibly also Florence). I have heard that it's possible to book a rental car and have it delivered next to the ship. But I can't find any info. Anyone know more or have a link to share?

I tried to do this last year through Hertz. They wouldn't deliver to the port so we had to walk to the office and that was were the trouble started: they did not have any cars! They had sent us an email the previous day but of course being onboard we had not received the email. There were lots of disappointed passengers in the same position as us. We tried other hire car companies in the area but without success. Hertz really let us down and could offer no solution.

 

In the end we went back to the port and arranged a bus trip to Pisa for 30€ per person

Check out Sifracar...Hertz at the Port of Livorno. They had a booth in the terminal building when we were there a few weeks ago.
