Depends where you're from....for me (Florida girl), March is shorts and t-shirt weather but I find the water still a bit chilly. But that's just me - I don't swim until late May or early June.

 

If you are from a more northern climate, you will probably enjoy the weather in Cozumel and points south, including the beaches.

Yes it's true!!! If you grew up enjoying the North Atlantic, anything from Florida down is considered warm any time of year.

Shorts and short sleeve by day, and a sweater/ sweatshirt at night. A cool wind blows on the outside decks. As for the pool, its like the ocean, put your feet in, if you like it jump in.

Wife used to go on family vacations to Maine. To her, Bahamas in February was warm water.

I'm from NY and have gone on vacation in March every year for the past 20 years on a Carnival cruise to the Caribbean or to Riviera Maya. As a general rule it's been great pool weather and definitely shorts and short sleeves. If I had to guess an average daytime temp I'd say mid 80's and generally sunny.
