Is there a gluten free menu in the MDR?

Not a menu but

See the MD at embark. They will help you order that night's meal. Then that night your waiter or hostess will take the next day's MDR order, for whatever meals will be served there. We have other food issues and always eat ATD. Never had an issue.

Search 'gluten' for lots of threads on this. There will be hints about the buffet, pizza etc.

Sadie's right, no menu. Just about everything on the menu can be prepared gluten free. She is right, see the MD when he has hours on the first day to order dinner for the first night. After that, you can pre-order for the following day at dinner in the MDR. I have never had any issues with them being able to accommodate GF, and they are very good at it. They will let you know if something you would like to have cannot be made GF.
