Missing Online Navigator Reservation

Has anyone ever had difficulty pulling up their reservation online? I am booked on the 4/23/17 Navigator sailing out of Miami; it happens to be the final U.S. cruise before it repositions to Southhampton England. This has been going on for several days now.

 

I was told by a Crown & Anchor rep today that my reservation is still on record, and the sailing is not on the website anymore because all cabins are completely SOLD OUT. That however, doesn't account for my own missing booking number. Someone else on the sailing told me that the cruise may have become a "charter" cruise and our reservations may have been cancelled. Anyone ever experienced this? I sure hope they aren't being shady about the status of this sailing. :confused:

You may have already seen my post that this sailing on the Navigator is now a Chartered Cruise. I belong to the group that chartered the ship and made a reservation yesterday when the group opened the bookings.
