Usually 60-90 days before sailing. But that seems to vary by ship and even by cruise on the same ship. I'd start checking at about 90-days out.

Royal Caribbean does not have consistent timing for the release of booking either entertainment or dining.

 

This is the RC forum of Cruise Critic.

 

You should join your Roll Call. With all of the great minds (and fingers) working together, someone will spot when reservations open and alert everyone.

I was able to make all of our dining arrangements for our Oct. Anthem cruise about 3 months ago. So, it was 6 months prior to the cruise. Entertainment reservations just opened up a couple of days ago.
