Great Stirup Cay in early December, 2016. Open??

We are sailing on the Epic, sailing from Port Canaveral 03 Dec, calling on GSP as our first port. I am wondering if improvements are being made, have been made, other than weather related, will the port be open? What is new there? What may be changed/eliminated for our day there. Thanks so much. We want to plan accordingly. fflashh

I sure hope GSC will be open, we sail on her for 2 weeks before you and have GSC as 2 port stops.
