Upper Berth

Don't want to beat this to death, but in the Regal Balcony photo I saw, the third berth is recessed in the ceiling - would seem a couple would not even know it was there. Hence my asking for clarification that the third berth does not protrude when not in use.

What happened to me was on Emerald. On Regal in the balcony cabins that I had there was no bed on the walls.

More importantly on the Emerald you said you were in an OV obstructed cabin (moved to balcony), while on the Regal you were in a balcony. Triple and quad cabins which are insides or OV usually have protruding fold down beds. Triples and quads which are balcony and above usually have flush mounted beds in the ceiling (and/or a sofa bed depending on room type.) Category matters a lot.
