This is funny. I've gone on many cruises before the knowledge of this awesome board! There are people answering roll calls for cruises a year in advance, we're going on the caribbean princess the week of 11/27/04 and I know of 2 other couples, how, they're my parents and in-laws!! I better get an upgrade if the ship stays empty!!!

That is not unusual this far out, true some cruisers book well in advance and start chatting but our last highly successful roll call got started 60 days in advance and really cooked thereafter, having a reunion, on of all dates 11/27. On Diamond.

I felt the same way about my cruise on the Golden on June 6th. There have been only 4 other responders on the Roll Call. Come on, it's just over 3 weeks away! Maybe our other passengers are on other boards.

I'm going on the diamond to alaska on 5/29 and hardly anyone has signed up on the roll call. Yet, I know the ship is pretty much sold out. So don't despair. There are still a few people who don't know about these boards and those are the ones on our sailings.

Probably 95% of all cruisers are not on these boards. An empty ship with all that food and no chair hogs can be a wonderful experience.

Looks like we have the Star Princess all to ourselves on June the 9th. It is coming soon and I have NEVER seen a post of anyone going this destination with this date. Have fun.

Well, before the cruise, we were certain there were only 5 couples going....we just got off the Diamond to Alaska. That ship was packed! I heard them say it was def. full. So, I wouldn't go by who's answering your roll call....that's for sure!
