Cruise Personaliser problems

I cannot access my Cruise Personaliser at all for a cruise next July. Is anyone else having this problem?

It is down this morning for maintenance. I looked at mine yesterday and it was on the front page advising this.

The trouble is I tried it yesterday and couldn't get in. They do seem to be having serious problems these last few months! :rolleyes:

I was on my Cruise Personaliser yesterday afternoon and I've just checked and was able to get on it now - 11.50am. Have not had any problems over the last few weeks and have been on it quite a lot as we have two cruises coming up. I know certain Browers have given trouber in the past - I am using Google Chrome.

I tried yesterday afternoon and have tried again this morning and still no joy. I'm using Firefox which is usually pretty reliable.

 

I've sent P&O an email - we'll see how long it takes them to reply and whether they actually sort it out! :rolleyes:

My personaliser states that we are in Genoa on the Thursday... we are booked on a trip to the Fjords.... should be interesting..

 

We were on a Princess ship a couple of years ago and as we left Stockholm the captain came on the pa and said he hopes we enjoy our overnight cruise to Lisbon :eek:

Well as it took 30 minutes for them to answer the phone this morning, I'm guessing their issues continue.

I had problems last night, server error came up.

Haha..oh well..there we were hoping for a quick day trip to Italy.. seems there are a few minor bugs in personaliser.
