I didn't know there are 2 cruise terminals out of NY- Manhattan and Brooklyn. Which one does the Gem depart?

Manhattan. Princess and Cunard use Brooklyn

Manhattan Pier 88/90 - 12th Avenue and 48th street (access the terminal at 55th street)

There are actually 3 cruise terminals if you count the Bayonne cruise terminal across the Hudson River in Jersey.
