Rinderoo Posted August 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2016 Bought the Premium beverage package (soda, beer, wine, alcohol) for my upcoming cruise on the Oasis. I originally was just going to do soda/coffee/water but figured I would order 3 drinks a day, and now I am not stressing about prices with the Premium, although no specialty coffees. Many wines are $10-17/glass on the Oasis. Are those $17/glass wines excluded from the Premium package? How do we know what is excluded? Thanks in advance. There is a dollar limit, rather than exclusions. You pay the difference, plus 18% gratuity on the difference.
bogofman Posted August 3, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2016 We had the premium package on recent indy cruise and thought the wine choice was very limited, especially in the MDR, only 1 of each type in the price range, I tried a couple and gave up, I've never tried a two buck chuck wine but some of those on the premium package cannot be far away
Rinderoo Posted August 3, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) I broke down and called Royal. Limit is $12 for wine or alcohol/cocktail. Anything over that amount and we pay the difference. Edited August 3, 2016 by Rinderoo
Clarea Posted August 3, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 3, 2016 Is the $12 glass of Pinot part of the package or does that fall into the upcharge? That would fall within the limit of the Premium and Ultimate packages.
