We are members of Celebrity's Blue Chip Club.

Will that make us automatic members of Royal Caribbean's Casino Club?

The programs are not reciprocal. I tried to join Blue Chip. I was told to let casino host know we wanted rating, but we wouldn't qualify until after the first sailing for benefits. I understand the same applies in reverse.

I think that ended about a year ago.

Not really sure how a lot of things work anymore since they changed their club benefits but I do remember them saying they would no longer be interchangeable with the other cruise line.

Too bad. We had qualified for Celebrity's a few years ago from our Royal status.
