We are sailing on the Ascent on Jan 28th for back to back cruises. We have the premium drink package and like a glass or two of wine with our dinners. For the first leg we have the Ultimate Speciality Dining so will be eating in those restaurants. Hoping for Eden, Fine Cut, Le Voyage, and Raw on 5. What are the best Pinot Noir and Red Zinfandels offered on the premium drink pkg and are there any reds that are worth the upcharge from premium? Thanks for all recommendations. Carol

Yes it is the Ascent out of FLL we are on the first flight out of Gulfport thru ATL on Delta itbis a Blue Chip Club free cruise only paid port fees and taxes and the air ticket Thanks for the feedback Will be doing carry on luggage only to speed things up Carol

We have A Feb 4 cruise booked and used Celebrity Air to book the going transportation. We usually booked the day before but have conflicting plans that would not allow for that. We were arriving at 11:45 on the 4th and just received a notice of change that we now arrive at 12:15. What happens if that flight is delayed and we arrive at the port check in at 3:00 or later? Will they delay departure for slight misses? What if the ship departs without us. What assistance does Celebrity provide? Thanks for any info/help Carol

Curious as to when everyone puts their cruise luggage tags on their bags. When you are leaving home so it is on for your flight to the cruise departure city or not until you are headed to the ship. Carol

So a lot of ideas and good news for me was that there are several premium wines available by the glass only select shortages which is not an issue for us. We are flexible with wines premium pkg is worth it to me for the Evian and smoothies and husband likes high end scotch and Hendrix Just had concerns after reading others reviews. Sorry to confuse everyone we have not sailed yet just upgraded to the premium package for our August cruise on Summit have been reading many negatives about the premium wine availability especially on Summit i drink very little but enjoy a great glass of wine with my dinner which is what raised the question for me Carol

Nope, paid for premium and being told only classic wines are available. Was just referencing the current policy of Celebrity that if you paid for Classic and then ordered a premium wine they charge you the difference. Therefore it seems the reverse happening should have Celebrity giving me a credit of the difference.

When no premium wines by the glass are available shouldn't we receive a refund of the difference between the classic wine received and the premium wine for which we paid. Celebrity would certainly charge us the difference if it was the other way around. We paid for classic and received a premium wine. Thoughts. Carol

People should start requesting a refund of their upgrade if premium wines and spirits are not available. Afterall that is why we upgrade. Or request a refund for each drink down from the premium package rate to the classic rate. Like they would charge up if it were the other way from Classic up to premium. Carol
