flyboyswife Posted August 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2016 Just went to attach luggage tags and realized they are for the cabin we were originally assigned. Sea pass and other documents reflect accurate caving number - all but the luggage tags. I thought about crossing out and writing in, but new cabin is completely opposite of original in terms of ship side, forward/aft, etc., so I'd have to change drawing on tag as well. I can do this, but wondering if it wouldn't be better to let porter attach new tags at port. Thoughts? Does it matter? Thanks!
Doug S Posted August 17, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2016 porters can provide tags when you drop off luggage if you don't want to cross out/re-write the ones you have. No worries.
hansolosmom Posted August 17, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 17, 2016 Get new tags from the porters when you get to port. If you cross out the number on the ones you have, the crew might still get them mixed up

Merion_Mom Posted August 17, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 17, 2016 That's what I was afraid of, thank you! It's really not a problem. The porters do this all the time. Takes an extra 15 seconds. :)
