Here are links to everything we ate on our Alaskan cruises in 2014 and 2015 along with names and descriptions of most of them. The 2014 set is particularly good because we were a group of 6 and tried many different items.

Great thread! Has anyone done the rack of pork? Was it good? I've been trying the pork dishes. The cocoa-rubbed pork is delicious.

I remember when DH surprised me by ordering the vol-au-vent à la reine--mushrooms, chicken, and sweetbreads in a puff pastry shell. He did not eat it once I let him know what sweetbreads are (thymus gland of a cow).
