Seriously, there was definitely dancing on ur 33 day befoe dinner (both) and we enjoyed it. Seemed to be a very good selection and some good movements.

That's a very nice itinerary to Rio (during Carnaval), up and down the Amazon, and back to PEV. It used to be done by Maasdam. Like Kazu said, you'll more than likely have a Black & White Ball and probably two-three additional (Valentine's, Black & Gold, and a Masquerade Ball). In addition, there will be nightly dance music in the Ocean Bar to the music of the Neptunes trio. Enjoy that voyage!

We've had difficulty on some HAL cruises getting the combo to play dance music in the Ocean Bar, even when there were 10-12 couples there wanting to dance. A word with the cruise director brought about the desired change.
