Distilled water

My daughter's boyfriend traveled with a CPAP machine this past March.

We contacted special needs well in advance of the cruise to note the need of an extension cord and distilled water for the CPAP machine. It was noted on the reservation for their cabin.

Once on board, my daughter found a note requesting that she call to arrange the delivery of the water and cord and the accessing of a plug by the end tables so that the cord need not be strung across the cabin. That particular plug was European and the extension cord provided fit the plug and had a US connection for the machine to plug into. Someone had to be in the cabin for the delivery and plug accessing.

Because I never trust things to go well, I also brought on board a plastic bottle of distilled water and a USA extension cord. The water was in an unlabeled 1 quart bottle.

I had no problem going through shore side security with the water. I pointed out the water to the screener and said it was for a CPAP machine (the machine was not with me). I was waved through the check point.
