Evangaline Posted September 8, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2016 I understand there is a vending machine in the studio for sodas. The DH must have coke in a can and not the fountain stuff. Wondering how much is a can of coke if you get it from the coke.
khaide612 Posted September 8, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2016 I don't know the price - probably like $2.50 or something. But NCL doesn't carry Coke products - only Pepsi.

ColinIllinois Posted September 8, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 8, 2016 What is the studio? I believe the OP is referring to the Studio Lounge. It's an area for people staying in the single studio rooms.
Rare www3traveler Posted September 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 8, 2016 The only vending machine I have seen in the Studio Lounge is for wine.
FranknBeans Posted September 8, 2016 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2016 What is the studio? I cant answer to the studio location question but there will be a machine in the teen's arcade, as for price it's cheaper than buying at the bar because your not paying grats. You just insert room key no need for money.

Sauer-kraut Posted September 8, 2016 #8 Share Posted September 8, 2016 Yes. The pop machine on the EPIC was in the hallway not directly in the Living Room.

Quilting_Cruiser Posted September 8, 2016 #12 Share Posted September 8, 2016 Yes. The pop machine on the EPIC was in the hallway not directly in the Living Room. When I was on the Epic, it was mostly empty, too. Maybe that's an anomaly.

ColinIllinois Posted September 9, 2016 #17 Share Posted September 9, 2016 Where is the Living Room? Is that the bar area in the Studio Lounge? The living room is just another name for the studio lounge.
Evangaline Posted September 9, 2016 Author #18 Share Posted September 9, 2016 Not sure I'm happy about them not keeping it filled. Studios do not have a fridge where you can buy sodas in cans, so that is why the vending machine is there. I may ask customer service if I would be able to bring cans onboard if they are not available in the vending machine.
dolita22 Posted September 9, 2016 #19 Share Posted September 9, 2016 I've read there's a Coke machine in the boarding area at the port in Miami, if that's where you're sailing from. Someone posted in a review last week about buying 5 bottles of Coke or Diet Coke from that machine ($2 each, IIRC) and bringing them on board the ship. You could always go that route, again, if Miami is where you're sailing from.

You can't bring it through the security checkpoint or give it to the porters, but the soda machine is after that checkpoint in the boarding waiting area. Just buy it there and carry on, assuming it's stocked regularly and has what you want.
