Britannia obstructed balcony allocation

Just had an upgrade from JC on deck G obstructed view to HD on deck C.

Very pleased with this.

Cruise B365A by the way.

Yes it is B635A, all the right numbers but not necessarily in the right order.

 

Don't know if we are just lucky but we got an upgrade last January from G up to A, it was a bigger cabin with a sofa but didn't get much sun on the balcony because of the overhang.

Don't know if it makes any difference to whether you receive an upgrade but we booked select and about 11 months in advance on both cruises.

Booked a JE lowest of the low obstructed balcony saver fare for our December cruise and got a pleasant surprise when we got allocated a GE unobstructed sofa cabin yesterday. That's a result!
