Ever been in a cabin close to the elevator?

Exactly. The elevator itself isn't loud at all ... but when you're near the elevator, you're in a high-traffic area, and those people are LOUD. I won't stay mid-ship again.

 

I agree here. I'd rather live with the long walk to the elevator than the 'traffic'.

 

We were on the hump on Radiance and Serenade but opposite side from the elevators.
