Obstructive balconies on the Pride

Not bad at all.

They are generally obstructed in a downward view. The life boats basically hang with the top at level with your balcony. You have a great view forward to the ocean.

Not bad....as above the view directly down the side of the ship is what is obstructed. You still have a complete view outward as you look towards the horizon which is the important viewpoint for me. If the price is right I wouldn't hesitate.

I was in an Obstructed View Balcony on the Pride a couple years ago. You can't look straight down... well, you can, but you'll just see a lifeboat. But sitting on the balcony and looking out at the horizon, you're not even able to tell it's any different than a normal balcony. I'd book it again if I go back on the Pride.

We had an obstructed view balcony on Pride and I agree with all of the other posters. No problem with booking one again. We were in a suite several years ago and actually had the same lifeboat view when looking straight down and for a lot more money!
