Question:  With you S&S card, doesn't your picture come up when they run it through the computer?  And if you have a Cheers sticker on your card, and you are not the person attached to the card, won't they be able to tell ?

Yes your picture comes up.  The sticker is for show.  The Cheers is attached to your folio.

Another question you may know! Will I be able to drink at the private beach in Cozumel even if it’s through carnival since the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18?

Yes but being visibly intoxicated on return to the ship may be treated by ship security as if you consumed onboard

no it won't, one has nothing to do with the other. Maybe if you are too drunk to walk up the gangway, they might get you a wheelchair. 😁 Why is this just pertinent to just to people under 21. I have seen plenty of trashed adults coming aboard.

Because why it is perfectly legal for over 21 to be trashed on board, it is not for under 21.  Apparently walking up the gangway is supposed to sober under 21 folks up.
