MSC Divina onboard App? And internet packages?

Is the onboard app on the Divina actually useful? I hope it works better than their website does. Would we be able to use it to leave messages to each other or is it too complicated for the non techie to use?

I see where the best internet package you can get limits you to 340MB a day. Is this 340MB shared across all 4 users or 340 for each? Is this amount enough for my kids to watch a tv show or two to wind down for bed?

Didn't know MSC had an onboard app.

I signed up for the "best" package MSC offers on my upcoming 10/15 Divina cruise. Regular price is $79.99. But, according to my ticket, if I signed up for the internet package prior to my cruise, I would get 50% off (or $40) Apparently, they don't follow their own promotions. They charged me the same normal $79.99 to my credit card. I've been trying for a week to get this squared away. No luck.

Sad, but funny at the same time, the MSC customer service reps (and the one manager I spoke to) gave me all sorts of excuses of not following their promotion. My favorite one was they would not charge me the tips associated with the internet package to compensate.

Tips? The internet package requires a tip?

I did the status match, and booked the YC hoping for a good first experience with MSC.

So far, it's not been good, and I'm not optimistic.

it is 340 in total. it is not enough to stream a show, don't know why they would call it streamer!
