Hi Kim, hope you are OK.

Loving your review as usual, you always write with a fun style and humor. I see you are going on the Vista soon, I have just written a review of my cruise on the Vista. It was a really great ship, although I need a lot more experience in doing reviews to remember to take pics of menus and food lol. :D

Take Care, Mark. :)

I'll be on the Vista and have yet to read a Vista review! Well I started reading Wrigley's but never finished it or even got to her getting on the ship lol. I'll have to go check yours out. It's easy to forget food pics when you're hungry as hell and your food comes. :)

She's good, she's on another cruise right now LOL :)

And an epic cruise it was. :D

Looks like fun, thinking about this cruise next year.

You should do it! You'll have a great time.

anewmac, How do you know that?????? I hope she is... She has been away for a while... I want to know how things ended????????

Andrea and I are Facebook friends and communicate a lot outside of CC.

anewmac is correct, she is/was on another cruise last week. :)

Yep and another one in 25 days lol.

Awesome! Patiently waiting. I knew you would be back[emoji41]

Yeah only took me a month, better than 2 months I suppose lol.

So glad you're back and all is okay! Did I tell you we'll be in Las Vegas in March? DH has a conference, so I'll be trying to stay out of trouble (the good news is that, while I love to gamble, I don't like to spend the $$). Spending money on shopping for our grandsons, most likely.

Don't forget that I want to see a review of Vista, too. Our first Carnival cruise!

It's nice to know so many people were concerned and thinking about me. I feel so special. :o Let me know when you'll be around when the dates get closer. There are outlets just past both ends of the Strip. You could be there all day spending money on the boys.

Yea!!! Glad to see you're back!! I feel ya on the moving business. I love the newness of a new move but hate the packing/unpacking of it all. Last time I had movers do the heavy lifting of the move but still had to do the rest. One of these days I'm gonna teach those dogs of mine to earn their keep. :D

Oh wow, did we meet at any point? That's awesome you got to do a back to back to back but how unfortunate you were on THAT one that got stuck in NY. I'm quite sure you made the best of it but I don't know why so many people got mad. They can't sail into a hurricane and wasn't everyone offered a full refund if they chose not to sail?

About half the people cancelled and another 47 left in NYC. The ship was not crowded and we got great service. For staying on, we got $250 each plus 50% off our next cruise. I toured the 9/11 museum since I had never seen it. It was very well done.

I spent most of my time onboard in the casino and don't remember seeing you.

I have not gotten far before I come back with Questions, now I remember your review when you met Sean and how you all kept in contact with each other... Now why are you all just friend and not a couple.. Is it because of distance. I remember that's why I'm being NOSEY LOL

Lol!.. Kim sent this to me last night.

I took a screen shot of this and sent it to him lmao. We're meant to be friends and not a couple lol.

She is right. She is a special person to me and I'll always have her back, but we're meant to be friends.

Kim,

I have really enjoyed your review. Living outside of Baltimore, I have sailed the Pride, but not since her upgrade, and never to Bermuda, so I am glad to live it through your eyes. I have been on the fence about a Bermuda crusie for years now, but after returning from my first all-inclusive resort about a month ago (hate to admit it on a cruise ship board but I LOVED it) and reading many reviews, I definitely want to go! Thanks for the great pictures and your vivid detail in your writing, and comedy on the side, I have appreciated it so far and throughout every review! I'm optimistic for the rest of this review and your review from your most recent cruise!

:)Hello, great review so far. I have a question about Dining and you mentioned you had a 10 top table. We will need an 11 top but was wandering where in the Main dining room tour table was located.

If you really liked the location , what was your table #

I am not sure we want to be in the back near the engines. Your thoughts ???

Thank you in advance for your help.

Tom

P.S. Was it a 10 top round table or what do they have for large groups ?

I hate moving. :( I hope I don't have to do that again for a while.

It's too bad we never got to meet each other. I don't understand why people got mad about the ship getting stuck in New York, especially when they had the opportunity to cancel and get all their money back. Obviously the ship can't sail straight into a hurricane. I would have made the best of it. That must have been nice to have been on a half empty ship.

What cruise did you do two weeks ago? I'm cruising in 25 days too on princess! My first cruise with them!

It was a full ship charter on the Carnival Fantasy with Aventura Dance Cruise. It was a quick 3 day hop to Nassau from Miami. Have fun on Princess! I'd love to sail them one day.

Will we get a review on this cruise????

You'll find out at the end of this review. ;)

Thanks for all the nice words! I've been to an all inclusive and don't think they're for me. I'm sure I'll try another one day but I'm not interested in AI's at the moment. You'll enjoy the Pride and her upgrades and you would enjoy Bermuda as well. Maybe you'll pull the trigger and book because of me lol. Thanks for reading!

Hi there! 10 top tables are all over. The round ones are in the center and rectangular tables are along the walls. I don't remember what the table number was but there are plenty. I suggest emailing the maitre'd before your cruise to have him accommodate your party at the perfect table.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU! I love reading your reviews.

Thank you for reading Mikayla! So glad you've enjoyed them!

Well as promised I’m going to get this review finished. I’m sorry I left this hanging for a month but life has gotten in the way of coming back to this. I still have three more days to cover, including one full day in Bermuda and two sea days. I’m going to attempt something I’ve never done in a review and going to try to cover three days in one sitting. I really want to get this done before I go to sleep so let’s see if I can live up to this challenge. Now, where did I leave off back in October? LOL

Bermuda- Day 5

My mom woke me when she was heading out to breakfast at 9:15 am so I got up and got ready and we were both headed out at 10:30 am. I had some of Sean's leftover birthday cake for breakfast.

At the first change of our itinerary, we were going to be in port until 12 pm, but the weather had improved and we now got to stay until 4 pm. I asked my mom last night what she wanted to do today and gave her a few options. Going to see the caves was door #1, but because it would require moving up and down a lot of steps she said no. Behind door #2 was a trip to the aquarium, but when I explained to her how far it was and what it would take to get there, she said no to that too. Ok, door #3, let’s just walk around the port and check out the shops. That she finally agreed to.

Out and about by the ship.
