Ruby princess deck above bridge

I wondered if anyone who has been on ruby recently could confirm that you can still go to the observation deck above the bridge. (Lido deck I believe.)

Yes as of last month

Unless winds are over 25k making the relative wind 50k or more they allow you. The crew will lock it because they don't want under tall or over short people turning into untethered kites.

Yes, we were on the Ruby last week and frequented this area as love the view on sailaway. As mentioned if the winds are not too high the deck is open.

Sweet you just may have the answer I am looking for. My wife and I are sailing December 22nd on the Ruby (damn final payment is tomorrow). We are staying on the Lido deck L234 are we close to the door that leads to this observation deck? I sure hope so may be good for the sail away. We have our balcony however we like to spend sail away with other people.

Well made my final payment today only to find that I got an upgrade:D. I'm on the same deck just more toward the middle of the ship went from L234 to L308.
